Sporting equipment
Terms and conditions for renting equipment at the Ski Center Safar
1. Ski rental center Safar sports equipment loaned free of technical faults, fully functional and clean
2. The customer was advised of the way we deal with the borrowed equipment
3. Rent is payable prior to the acquisition of equipment or use of services
4. Customer is responsible for defects and loss of rented equipment, which were caused by his negligence, improper repair or abuse (eg, skiing in terrain where there is continuous snow cover, dry borrowed material on the heat source where it could damage it) In the event of partial damage to the loaned equipment, the customer shall bear the cost of its restoration to good condition by servicing price list unless otherwise agreed
5. It is forbidden to borrow material loaned to a third party!
6. It is prohibited to transport material on loan outside the Czech Republic - unless otherwise agreed
7. Incurred losses and failures (Section 4) The customer pays the full amount of according to current price list or by mutual agreement
8. 8a/ * option # 1 / For leased equipment, the customer shall submit a valid identification document (eg passport, driving license or ID card), here the operator reserves the right to take this document as security (refundable deposit) and using it to keep the rental for the lease the deposit.
8b/ * option No.2 / equipment rental for the customer present a valid identity document (passport, driver's license or ID card), the principal lodge (refundable deposit) amounting to 3.000, - CZK. After using it for loans to retain the rental deposit
9. In the early return of borrowed equipment, the customer is entitled to a refund of rent paid. Except where the legitimate medical inability of the attending physician (accident, which prevents the use of borrowed goods or services)
10. Customer shall comply with the rules of conduct in the Krkonose National Park.
11. The Customer undertakes to return the borrowed material, clean the snow and dirt, in a state of reasonable wear and tear which was used in accordance with the purpose of which is addressed in a pre-arranged time, which is listed on the document. Failure to comply with pay each started hour per price list
12. The customer is entitled to use the goods or services which confirmed receipt of your signature. When you return to the customer undamaged facilities will be comprised of the principal (refundable deposit) for a full refund back
13. Lessor reserves the right to change these general business conditions
